Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using String Art Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description Of Service

String Art Generator is a software service that turns uploaded photos into digital string art project files, including previews, printable nail templates, material estimates, guided thread paths, CSV exports, and high-resolution exports where available.

We sell digital access and digital files. We do not sell physical goods, finished artwork, nails, wood boards, thread, printing services, or installation services.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@aistringartgenerator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Uploaded Photos And Rights

You keep ownership of photos you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process those photos, generate string art project files, store your project data, and provide support.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use each photo. You are responsible for any claims related to photos, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected material that you upload.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to upload, generate, store, sell, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law or regulation.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, or illegal material.
• Invades another person's privacy or uses their image without appropriate permission.
• Creates face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or misleading identity-manipulation content.
• Attempts to bypass payment, credit, access, storage, rate-limit, or security controls.
• Interferes with the service or uses automated abuse, scraping, malware, spam, or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, deny refunds, or report activity when this Acceptable Use Policy is violated.

Paid Plans

The Free Preview lets users test the generator and inspect limited steps before purchase.

The One Project Pass is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks one complete string art build package for the selected project.

Premium is a monthly Subscription that unlocks the included subscription features while the subscription remains active. Subscription access renews automatically each billing period until canceled.

Prices, plan names, and included features are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Taxes, payment method availability, receipts, and billing details may be handled by Creem or another configured payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You can Cancel an active Subscription from the Billing page in your account. When cancellation is available at the end of the current paid period, you keep access until that period ends. If a payment provider or payment state requires manual help, contact support@aistringartgenerator.com.

Deleting your account, not using the service, or uninstalling a browser does not automatically cancel a Subscription. Use the Billing page or contact support.

Refund Policy

Refund requests should be sent to support@aistringartgenerator.com within 14 days of purchase and include the account email, order or invoice reference, and the reason for the request.

We review refunds case by case. We generally approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases that have not been used, failed generation or export issues that support cannot resolve, and billing errors.

We may deny refunds for downloaded or substantially used digital files, abuse of the service, violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, chargeback fraud, or requests made after extensive use of paid features.

If Creem is the payment provider or Merchant of Record for a transaction, Creem may process receipts, taxes, payment disputes, and refunds according to its own payment obligations.

Support

Contact support@aistringartgenerator.com for account, billing, refund, cancellation, and product support. We aim to respond to customer support requests within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

The service, software, interface, documentation, and original product content belong to us or our licensors. You may use generated string art files for personal projects and for permitted paid-plan commercial uses, subject to these Terms and the rights in the original uploaded photo.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its software except where allowed by law.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or payment providers, or use the service fraudulently. You may stop using the service at any time and may request eligible account deletion by contacting support.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to your use of generated project files, materials, printing, physical construction, or third-party services.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, notify users through the service.
